What Happens if I Lost or Misplace my Badge
Trace your steps and make every attempt to locate your badge. If you cannot locate and believe your badge cannot be found, please report as soon as possible. Security will deactivate the badge to prevent someone from accessing secure areas under your badge.
Report a Lost/Stolen Badge or Request a Replacement Badge
Please report or request by emailing BadgeReplacement@sfcm.edu Provide your full name and student ID.
Replacement Fee
A $25.00 non-refundable fee will be assessed each time a badge is issued to replace one that has been lost, misplaced, or stolen. The replacement fee will also apply if the badge has to be printed for any reason such as update name or photo. Name and photo updates require approval.
When your badge is ready, you will need to pay the $25.00 fee before the badge can be picked up.
