Toilet not flushing
If this is due to a clogged toilet, you can use the plungers provided in your unit:
- Place the plunger over the toilet drain hole, ensuring the rubber rim is fully seated
- Start with a few gentle plunges to release the air from the plunger cup
- Continue by plunging up and down vigorously with medium to heavy force
- After 12-20 plunges, check if the water is draining properly
- Flush the toilet to clear any debris
- Disinfect the plunger with cleaning solution and let dry
Toilet is constantly running
This is typically an issue with the fill tank and its accompanying devices and can be addressed by a Building Engineer during normal business hours.
Broken toilet seat, stuck/broken toilet handles, and issues with the water level in the toilet tank are also all issues that can be addressed by a Building Engineer during normal business hours.
