Ninjio is a cybersecurity awareness training company that focuses on engaging and educating employees about cybersecurity threats and best practices. Their training programs are designed to be both informative and entertaining, utilizing short, animated videos that tell relatable stories about real-world cybersecurity challenges.
This annual training is required for all SFCM faculty and staff. Managers will receive a report of incomplete training for their department.
What to Expect:
The email address of these Ninjio training messages will come from noreply@sfcm.edu and the training link when you hover over the button will start with https://cdn.goninjio.com.
Below is an example of a Cybersecurity Training email from Ninjio. These emails are legitimate and include a link to a 4-minute video. After the video, you will be prompted to answer a short multiple-choice question. Make sure you click Submit! You will then see a pop up confirming that the video has been completed.
You will also receive a Personal Learner Summary report
This will provide you with a list of trainings/episodes you have outstanding and which ones you have completed.
If you have already completed all 4 videos/trainings you may ignore any follow-up emails.
