Create desktop shortcut to website

1. Open the website in Microsoft Edge, example https://sanfranciscoconservatory.freshservice.com/support/home for SFCM support site

2. Click the ellipsis (...) on the right side of the browser window

3. Scroll down to Apps > Install this site as an app > Install

4. When the installed "app" opens, check box next to Create Desktop Shortcut

5. Click on Allow
